Lasting change begins with you, and advocacy depends on student voices to be successful.
Here are some ways to get involved:
attend a lobbying trip
- The EVP office participates in three annual conferences in the summer, fall and spring as a part of the UC-wide UC Student Association (UCSA); students from all sects of campus are encouraged to apply to join our delegation. Learn more about UCSA at ucsa.org.
- Students can also travel individually with support from the Bruin Defenders Grant Program, or travel together with EVP staff members to advocate for one of the many campaigns we are working on.
stay connected with the ucla community
- Attend a USAC meeting. Council meetings are open to the public and occur every Tuesday at 7PM in Kerckhoff Hall, Room 417.
